I don't know for sure, but I posted on here a month or so back that IMF don't take on any cases unless they know they are going to win.
CFU was seeking $25 million in lost funds from brokers who recommended dodgy products.
IMF's fee is normally around 30 per cent.
So my guess is that CFU is about to get $18 million of its money back.
