Yes, but the point is that this announcement from IMF is NOT in relation to a CFU settlement as $18m is 30% of a total settlement $60 million. Therefore it is unlikely to be anything to do with CFU, whose total claim was for $25m.
However, the run up in the CFU share price yesterday could have been related to speculators acting on (i beleive incorrectly) this IMF announcement.
