Selciper, as I mentioned to Plumbob (who seems to have been totally obliterated from this forum), I believe that the 2000 refers to the original people (myself included) who signed up with IMF for the Class action. As I understand it the settlement will be divided pro-rata to all unit holders who had their units at the demise of MFS.
Again I would caution people not to be too optimistic. If there is any distribution after court costs and IMF's 30-35% I don't anticipate more than a token gesture.
