I agree JohnH, but still waiting for more info. I think that any PIF investors who signed off on the current CA have/will be given the opportunity to 'Opt out' if they decide not to accept the CA offer from KPMG from current proceedings which are yet to be disclosed. This will allow them to initiate their own new legal proceedings I think but they will have to get their own independent legal advice on that?
