they also export copious quantities of great and not so great computer software, for example the software that the Australian Tax Office is installing (same as the SW that the IRS and UK Inland Revenue also installed, not to mention ours and theirs major banks etc etc etc).....software that has primitive roots in the 1980's and struggles to even come close to duplicating existing systems, but costs hundreds of millions to rollout and support (with lots of help from our US 'friends')......
WHOA!!!, hangon whats going on here.....the US UK and OZ banks and tax offices all with the same core software.......wow what a coincidence.....must be really good 'not so great' 'primitive' software.....
well the bright side, I guess' is that it will greatly facilitate the removal of cash from the system, if some further global financial crisis causes such a position to be adopted......yeah no cash, that will stop the crooks...
