imf take action on cattle projects

IMF (the WA litigation funding company) has filed a Writ and Statement of Claim in the WA Supreme Court in respect of the 2006 and 2007 cattle projects.

The loss and damage suffered is said to be $2,626.00 for each members interest in the projects. Members interest is not specifically defined but I assume 1 Drove of cattle equates to an interest.
