Dogboy. You are correct in that shareholders will not get their full loss back. The court will assess what has happened in the market with metals prices i.e. your loss will be the difference between what the share price could reasonably have been in the circumstances of the market (which has fallen plenty) and what you end up getting for the shares. Dunno about 68c being the threshold but if we get 82.5 there may not be any real payoff (particularly after you pay the lawyers costs!!!)
