i think we've even had this conversation before.

and i think the matter of ozl div-reinvestment for long term oxr holders was discussed too. the answer was that those shares are also excluded.

also hope that claimants don't see it as a way to get back at MinMetals for the opportunistic bid or excercise their racism in an anonymous manner.
