Like most of us I have no love for lawyers either.
The question is though: What is there to lose?
As a long-term shareholder I stand to lose over $50k if the takeover goes through. Probably more if it doesn't.
As has been repeatedly demonstrated and discussed ad-nauseum on HC shareholders have been treated with the utmost contempt by OZ management and directors.
The question of whether or not we have been misled through lack of disclosure is currently a matter of opinion so why not let the courts decide?
Personally I do believe we have been misled and if I can recover a few additional cents back to the dollar against my investment should the class action be successful I am all for it.
