    pretty persuasive arguements both sides, but that just means they can both write good letters. IMO It's no slam dunk for IMF and I suspect they may be lacking support / funding for the case. Lets face it BAU are pretty well placed to defend all that cash. If IMF had a case and support why have they not moved by now...?
