Not sure what the "redevelopment phase" is.

This crowd has gone from a failed medical stock to a wannabe resources stock then in the blink of an eye to an IT stock. Three failed reverse takeovers in 12 months (or less) and a fundraiser which will pay off $380k of debt and $200k in the kitty for directors fees. No plan for another IT reverse takeover revealed as yet.

The icing on the cake is a consolidation of stock (1:2) which was approved today.

My view is stay away from this joke of a company until dust settles on the consolidation of stock and somebody says what they intend to do with the shell. IMI is a joke with no track record other than long term failure and well worth avoiding at all costs.
