I'm pleased you didn't buy a few days ago. Your purchase quantity at 0.01 of a cent would have been halved. IMI is something to be feared until the Board comes up with a plan and I wouldn't hold my breath on that.

Remember three "really great" IT takeovers have all fallen through in the past 12 months or so. A 1:2 consolidation of shares wont cut it but to go the 1:125 they proposed a few months ago would have left the company with about 10 shareholders.

Be careful with this stock, be very careful. After this current fundraise they will have about $200k in the bank and hungry Directors to pay. Where will the next fundraise come from and what dilution will impact the stock?
