IMI said further discussions had led to an agreement between the parties that the acquisition price for the MSI business will be reduced from $3.275 million to $2.8 million, with the consequence that there will be a pro-rata reduction in the number of securities to be issued.

This in part reflects financing arrangements which will be assumed by IMI in relation to equipment used in the business, and assumed employee liabilities, according to the company.
