has anyone read the announcement at the top of this thread, imi are going to issue the dude 1.2 BILLION shares at .2 of a cent and 1.2 BILLION options with an exercise price of about .35 of a cent, after all this he will have 48% of the company (imi) so company will have like 5 BILLION shares, mmmmmmmmmmm, i dont mind putting money on a specky, but i am so sick of losing money lately!!
