I'm no expert in TA but do watch some indicators for exit/re-entry (have never traded IMM) However...
Fibonacci retrace off high 70c is 43c (38.2%) which would be also be 'double bottom'.
If that doesn't hold then 27c is possible (61.8%).
In the short term, unless there is an announcement that fires up the market, there is nothing to prevent the continual downward move.
Marc did say there would be a major operational announcement (paraphrase) pre-Xmas.....geez we need one....
