by the looks of the over subscription in IMM CR, the question "of where to deploy capitol after ASCOl" has been answered...

the market has spoken...

all quite on both sides of the "UTC"

about as stable as one could expect with current market conditions...

successful first round, second round (tranche 2 which is bigger) should be at a higher SP..
then the 12.9% discount in the SSP will seem like a bargain (do your math the higher the price the more the discount is worth, no brainer IMO).... (best thing for small share holders.... be behind the front runners ie sophisticated investors..... MV is running block for you guys and the SEC (they have rules in the USA to protect small investors).... now your markets.... let them take the risks of a quick selloff, we get to pick up the VWAP when we get the SPP.....



and for the long holders (which I hope the over capitalized ("no names inferred or implied") among them vote for the tranche 2... maybe thats why BNYM has over 40% of shares, too many letters to the editor so to speak....

your day will come for holding long and strong, we just needed a great management team behind Freddy T (some call him "the goat",IMU) so he could do what he and the scientific team do best, "Science"

so get of your small investor high horse and let the market do what it does best....
