personally I think the second bigger Tranche will attract a lot of the insto and sophi money that missed out on the first round, plus those that wanted more.... this would in my opinion flush the last of the weak hands out at this stage (they will take their money and run).... immuteps share price has been a whipper mainly due to the fact that the daily volume as a % of outstanding shares has always been quite low..... a small amount of share holders can dominate prices solely on the fact that there is a small market place in available shares.... recent events have shown the power of the markets.... especially with the access to the markets and money from a helicopter...
these were heavily shorted shares, so the owners that lent them were instantly hedged when the "community" went into high gear.... caught the insto and sophi out....
the SPP offering will be priced on the VWAP for the 30 days after the second tranche has been done...
so if you think it would be cheaper to buy now, buy.... though you may well get a discount by proxy by applying for the offer....
just a thought though.....
