Hey team,
Just commenting on this again - both tranches have been filled / allocated however the second tranche needs to be approved at the AGM. E.g. if I got 10,000 shares after being scaled back to 40% of my ask - the 10,000 were split across both tranches (30% / 70% for example). So I am effectively only guaranteed the first tranche amount pending shareholder approval. Assuming it will come though.
