Funny to see articles like " there is no evidence of vast pool of foreign owned apartments .."
somebody is trying to make us believe that foreigners is not a big issue ... well this interest group likes High immigration and likes foreigners buying their projects (apartment) .....
but please do not insult locals with promoting articles like this... we all know :
1. There many way Asian buyer bring cash in ( via company set up , via relatives , via students ...)
2. Other research done on how many empty apartments there is ( water usage) ...
Just do not insult our intelligence with such articles ...
We need :
1. To curb immigration and increase spending on infrastructure
2. More tax on foreigners ( like in Canada )
3. Curb NG
4. As a country sign money laundering act and make Real estate responsible to checking origin of funds ....
