Well in Queensland homes for sale listings have fallen over 8% since February 2023, hence why the buyer demand is so strong.

I have been keeping records to enable a better read on our local QLD market.

46,040 listings AVAIL 25th FEB 2023

42,011 listings AVAIL 10th DEC 2023 a fall of just over 8.7% over the past 10 Months
