That is the point, isn’t it? The weak, chaotic immigration policy in Australia should be made much tougher.
Mass underemployment, mass unemployment, low wage growth and low growth per capita should all ensure market testing of all positions should be enforced where a foreign visa applicant is an option.
The potential employers should go through a three month substantiated process before being allowed to select a foreign applicant who should only get a visa once it is proven there is no Australian available to do the job.
That would ensure zero net migration, would stop exploitation, low wage growth, mass underemployment and mass unemployment.
There is obviously no skill shortages in Australia otherwise wage growth would be higher, there would not be mass underemployment and mass unemployment.
ABF should enforce the immigration policy and should deport any visa holder not working in accordance with their visa.
Any employer found employing a foreign worker at the expense of Australian worker should show cause why they selected a foreign worker for the Job and demonstrate their efforts to employ an aUstalian citizen worker.
No excuses, it happens in the United States, even under the Democrats.
I do not understand why the Australian immigration policy and Border Force rules are so weak.
