I agree with most of this fb. the economy needs to grow and the tax base needs to grow. and too right wage theft has always been a problem. this doesn't mean it should continue. and people have always traveled around looking to improve their lives.

why is your cleaner guy still here in Aus? is it because he's lazy? no sounds like he has a good work/life balance and might have a solid portfolio too. we stay here, with all the access to the rotw, because its the best blooming' place and lifestyle. and in many ways, we're very lucky with our political system as it provides a stability that is rare, despite the recent upheavals, the Lib gov did ok during covid.... mostly because they did as they were told by authorities such as health and the economy. this nation just keeps sailing on and we love it.

so we attract people who want a stable life with opportunities to grow their families and lives. immigrants have been found to be highly resourceful and business oriented, so the effect they bring is greater economic growth.

we've still got a few places where new city centres could be built.
