There won't be any change. We've seen their record, both parties are beholden to big Australia and trying to hide recessions with more people.
What you'll get from the LNP is plenty of equivocation about getting the mix right etc etc but won't commit to anything. He tried to keep it as quiet as possible, but Dutton's already shown his hand on this, see below.
Labor, for their part will likely slash the guts out of immigration and the student intake in the lead up to the election, you can already see it by the squealing of the international education agents and strip mall colleges. This will be their way of claiming they've listened, cleared backlog blah blah blah, but a more cynical person might suspect they've devised a new immigration strategy of the cow going through the snake, if reelected they'll balloon it at the start and pop it right before each election.
