the inner cities are changing fast.... I get that. but we too have seen change. and today is much better than when I was a nipper.
most were bullied by the cliques at school. it they that were in training to be politicians. they're Sauron's brood. orcs the lot of 'em. its no good telling a child to toughen up; its the arrogant thumpers and butt kickers that need the attention. has your mate talked with the school about the bullies?
