Well that's all well and good, but even P&G corporate would be reasonable enough to realize:
- OBJ is a publicly listed company and had disclosure obligations;
- their relationship and this 90 day deadline is material for OBJ;
- in the event that the 90 day deadline was going to be breached, they would be receptive to an approach by OBJ to formally extend it so that OBJ could announce that extension.
That hasn't happened.
