    One thing is certain the licenses will get signed and it maybe a few days or week later than the exact 90th day date.
    Why?
    Because they have already ordered 200k wands prior to signing knowing what the terms are as per term sheet.
    As I understand the final signed licenses deal with how P&G pay the royalty in terms of different currency sales values etc
