Jalzz, Fail to see how Kar could maintain suspension on a hole. Makes no sense to me at least. What happens if Pharos is sidetracked Once or even twice.?? Timeline blowouts for any number of reasons.
Unlikely, in fact almost zero chance, that negotiations would hinge on a hole that had not been started when suspension requested.
