I've been looking at DDs time at Merah resources (MEH) later...

I've been looking at DDs time at Merah resources (MEH) later changed to Minquest (MNQ) and it was interesting seeing his remuneration back then:

"On 5 September 2011 the Company entered into an Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) with Mr David Deloub pursuant to which Mr Deloub was appointed as Managing Director of the Company. The terms of the Agreement are, Mr Deloub will be paid an amount of $200,000 per annum plus statutory superannuation"

So in 2011 he was paid $200,000 yet in 2024 he's paid how much? About $150k I believe, excluding performance rights. I appreciate that SHE is very fiscally responsible but how can someone expect the best out of a CEO when they've taken such a pay cut and from more then 10 years ago? If you're going to keep him then pay this guy more money so he can pass the hat on to someone else over at AVW and dedicate more time to growing SHE. I don't know many people that would be happy to work for less than they were earning 10 years ago. I also appreciate that his total remuneration across different companies and roles might be higher but I for one would prefer more time focused on the company we're all here for.

The above is even more.surprising given the most recent strike received at the AGM. More of a reason to believe that the vote was/is more of a protest vote by fed up shareholders then about remuneration.
