It's just difficult to think that the results would be so abysmal that they would require such painstaking application of lipstick. In the overall scheme of things these 6 holes surely are not pivotal to the future prospects of ARD. They hit the footwall on the first 6 holes, they added more resource to the inventory. If the last 6 holes have not hit much of anything, best to announce results quickly and focus future drilling elsewhere. With the 'gold drilling' campaign coming up, what conclusion could you draw about managements own faith in Kempfield if they felt the need to spend an inordinate amount of time 'putting lipstick on a pig'?
Conversely, if the results are very good, shareholders have a right to know sooner not later. I feel uncomfortable about company insiders sitting on information, while the wider group of owners are effectively in the dark, and trading / investing accordingly.
