but bargain is a relative term. I fully expect silver to hit the roof and some point in the not to distant future and traditionally miners of precious metals amplify that gain. So I'm looking for the 20C price point, which would make a 4c investment a bargain. However, my horizon is 2 years. Take it as you will.
