The recent placement was exceptionally generous to the 'sophisticated and professional' - those who sup with the Gods - who walk amongst us plebs, with a plethora of free options that have until 2019 to be exercised.
When you aware that the results are there, but the reason being put foward is that 'the report is proving hard to write', is is probably right to feel that we are being treated with a measure of disdain.
