imminent jv

Management were expected to deliver a JV announcement a few weeks ago from what I can gather ..... then management came out and said that negotiations were progressing still . I haven't chatted with management but one can see that indeed things are progressing well - a significant resource executive recruitment has occured, major 85 shallow hole drill program is set to begin, and the shareprice and volumes appears to be reflecting a strong rerate (no doubt with investor's communication of management as one element of that rerate) . The JV will occur next I suspect as the suggested increase in area under exploration and subsequent drilling phase will all be impacted by that JV .
No inside info from me, but my assumption is that a JV looms imminently . Anytime, and I am unsure as to how long the shareprice will get to consolidate before the next progressive rerate .
