    Well said scottm - and just to expand on your point re the head lease - CNQ/EQR bought the head mining lease for $8M and in so doing bought a revenue stream in terms of quarry materials mainly for FNQ roads and infrastructure, an absolute mountain of stockpiles for further processing of concentrate PLUS saved a bucket load of forward royalties they now dont have to pay as per the prior sub-lease arrangement.
