In the 28 Sept announcement Response to Recent Share Price Movements was this paragraph....
"migme believes there is substantial opportunity for its social entertainment services in the emerging markets of south-east Asia and is evaluating various options to harness recognition from shareholders and investors in both local and overseas markets"
I interpret that to mean they are pressing on with a US listing sooner than later.
In my opinion, if that were to happen then the sp could range anywhere between the Edison valuation of $1.78 to $4 per share.
It seems that the fall in the share price since the last capital raising may have encouraged them to "harness" the recognition of other more receptive markets before another raising may be necessary.
