Are you serious Onshow .

If you read my post you would know part of what I was referring to was the company giving $200,000 to Ben and Frank .as a bonus ....( peter robertson who was a director from July to november ) didnt get this so I assume the payment was made around Nov 28 post Robertson .

2 or 3 days later Frank buys shares .

From this I have assumed that the money to buy the shares may have been derived from this 200k

My point which I am sure you know ,is that I believe this reward was hard to find , youd have to read the half yearly report but the fanfare of a director buying was announced to the asx.

Surely you can see my point

On the point i make in regards to the questioning of the bonus

I dont know if you have calculated what the related and unrelated payments, income , bonus options , have been over the last 18 months have been made

If you have ,like I have you may consider my raising of the subject as far more valid than you had previously thought .
