Surely the Titanium production is more pertinent now it has been proven it can be co-produced? Projections of 50% of income revenue coming from Ti makes further development of Vanadium technology less relavent now for the project to succeed IMO. I think Richard will be pushing the sell to the Titanium industry much more than the vanadium. At least I hope he is as this industry is 60 times bigger!
