Whatever it is that they are doing they should have done over 2 years ago...

Taking over 2 years to produce an Annual Report is extremely poor form and is a direct reflection on the performance of the company..

So great the new directors are working hard.... so they should.......

Why is it taking so long for the new directors to get these reports out..... I can only assume that it is a very big job indeed!

In a well run company this takes weeks not years...
There must be a lot of shoe boxes to sort through or this would have relisted by now
