3.3 seems to be a technical support (low of handle, looking at previous cup and handle pattern). Shares seem to be held onto tight even though there are 1 billion + SOI, not even 1% of shares on average are getting traded daily which says a lot about shareholder sentiment.
PFS is closer than it was before, HPA has been verified and is at 4N HPA.
Stale holders have most likely left with recent run up.
I highly doubt it will go back more than to 3.2c. Patience is key, and will be rewarded.
