Also just for reference as of today (4/5/21) Buyers at 15m to Sellers at 20.1m, 3:4. Take away 4m Buyers at unrealistic levels (sub 2c) and 5m Sellers at unrealistic levels (over 6c) I would say total buyers are 11m to 15m, rough 2:3.
Will monitor and see if it is increasing or decreasing with potential flip to positive.
