The directors and management are in the best position to know the dealings that are being negotiated with Monash and/or other parties and what disclosures need to be made about these negotiations.
It has been a common theme for years now, either one trusts the ESI Management team or they don't.
It is still a simple decision to make, if there is belief then hold or buy shares, if there is no belief, then sell or don't buy shares.
Foolish to trust or foolish not to trust is the question? One couldn't complain about not getting both sides of the coin, there are plenty of promoters and plenty of detractors for this stock that present arguements for both
trust or mistrust.
