I believe that's what they were trying to do with Angela & Pamela- build some credibility in management by diversifying their portfolio. Unfortunately that little play was unsuccessful, and just made investors question management even further.
In my view, I was just happy that they were being proactive in the meantime while CCIC look after DD.
