You are not comparing apples with apples. The vaccine is not a conventional vaccine it is a new form that is some genetic material that once introduced into the body makes our cells produce a section of a virus. Our bodies then develop antibodies to defend against this foreign matter. Vitamins have been manufactured for decades, our bodies require vitamins. While vitamins can be toxic the hazards are well known. This vaccine is probably more aptly compared with a new synthetic drug, also made in a lab.
