    The virus doesn't become more dangerous for the people it's already killed, which I think is a point to consider.

    Also, the virus was already becoming more dangerous before vaccinations started. If you look through the history of the variants, they were first showing up in 2020 in unvaccinated populations with uncontrolled outbreaks. (UK, India, South Africa etc).

    Allowing a virus to replicate invites mutations.
