Excellent explanation. Same thing happened in the UK. They vaccinated the nursing home residents first and of course if they caught covid 19 many of them ended up in ICU and died sadly. Of course nothing could have saved them not even being fully vaccinated.
I note that in this current outbreak here in Oz that only one fully vaxxed person has died, a man in his nineties.
