Well, if the Ann comes sometime after the AGM, we should talk about pay rise & bonus options in 2019 AGM, not this coming up AGM.
In any good companies that I have worked with, you don’t get bonuses & pay rise before actually proving that you’re worth it.
No, I haven’t lost faith with Imu management either, but I want more accountability.
If results are only out after AGM, it conveys the message that the bonus options & remuneration report need to be approved before the results are out because the results will just be average & disappointing, otherwise the majority shareholders wouldn’t approve.
So my position is clear, it’s a thumping NO unless they get results out (Good results, as what they have hinted several times) before AGM. Otherwise I will be reducing my holding as a precaution.
