    It's interesting currently the latest immunotherapies for Melanoma are far more expensive than SIRT to give PFS 11 months compared to what we are getting with in mCRC - 7.9 months.

    $1M compared to the cost of spheres $20-40K (single or bi-lobar therapy)- talking about the medication only, not other costs like staff, hospital stay etc.
    OF course these are different tumours etc.

    The article says clearly prices have to move (i.e. they are unaffordable).
