What does it mean not much probably.  Their appointments were announced to the market so could simply be oversight in a small company with limited administrative support.  It could mean someone who is supposed to cause the update had their nose out of joint about their appointments however this would not account for the failure to update web site regarding top 20 holders.  A psychologist might say it is a sign of the robust ego of both Berman and Jacob that their omission has not been noticed or cared about by either and that their main focus is developing the company including Travelan sales and not massaging their egos.

For what it is worth my personal opinion is that this company's ethos is frugality and money is only spent on what it needs to be spent to make the company stronger.  Presently as all the current trials are funded by third parties in one form or another and the proposed design of Phase III NASH is most likely in, or about to be in the hands of the FDA, the Immuron Team (as it self described in the travel blog) have all hands on deck pushing Travelan marketing, distribution and sales, spending money on having the web site updated with a couple of names and photos and top 20 retail investors (no big pharma names in the latest list with the Annual Report) is well down on the list of priorities.
