    At first I thought what a nice gesture, offer to cook Sunday roasts for your dad for a year, then I realised it was a book-lol! Sounds delicious though, nothing beats a roast, but so hard to find good roasting meats, these days, that don't cost a fortune. Pork would be an exception, imo, we have managed to get some very nice cuts lately.
