Yep good conundrum for OZL but I doubt they will have a go at SFR precisely because of all those issues you raise. What I see more likely is that they will raise their holding to 19.9% and so peak everyone's interest in "Is OZL going to go the whole hog?" which at the same time causes the SP to rise nicely with all the speculation and then with this elevated value flog of their parcel to the Chinese and so come away with a tidy profit to be used elsewhere.
