I respect your opinions though and could be completely wrong

My reasoning is this. Why would OZL deliberately diminish sp by doing a Capital return, rather than hanging onto their cash for any capital works after takeover at former sp values.

No I think Ozl have made the correct call that SFR is too expensive at the moment, and will use existing or slightly raised stake as another source of cash flow, or even like a bank ( so far interest on capital has been great and I think Ozl hates banks)

I would not rule out JV or substantial increase in stake should the opportunity arise.

Should the Market crash again, all bets are off
